Commercial real estate in Las Vegas is being built all around the valley. Inspirada, located in Henderson, will soon be home to a brand-new project, called the Inspirada Town Center.
The new property is meant to serve both Inspirada and Anthem communities. Currently, Inspirada has only one 20-acre commercial property within the neighborhood.
The goals of the new infrastructure are: to provide a balanced and diverse mixture of office, residential, civic and recreational areas; to serve as a gathering place, offering entertainment to its neighborhood, and a residential center; and to be a place for residents to gather, socialize and thrive.
The 300-acre plan will be located at Via Inspirada and Bicentennial Parkway. Furthormore, the development includes plans to extend Via Inspirada to Interstate-15.
Residents can expect to see new housing within the development, featuring mid-rise buildings and townhomes. Over the next twenty years, experts estimate that household growth will reach and additional 40,964 in Henderson alone. Experts also believe that will see a 40 percent increase in rental rates.
Inspirada residents seem excited for the plans, and have been brainstorming about what types of restaurants they want to see in the new neighborhood hub on Facebook. Some are hoping for more locally owned eateries and restaurants with outdoor patio dining.
Additionally, the Raiders practice facility is being developed in the area, off of Executive Airport Drive and St. Rose Parkway, only a short drive to the planned Inspirada Town Center. St. Rose Parkway also home a new Costco, a Panda Express and Popeye’s Chicken, thus far.
Nearby, at Spencer and St. Rose Parkway, a 12.5-acre development is underway, named The Village.
Lance Brandford, president of Stable Development, the company creating The Village, told 8 News Now that he decided on this part of Henderson because of expected growth in the area.
“This is a maximizing really fantastic located property,” Brandford to 8 News Now. “We are planning for ‘The Village’ which is a mixed-use complex that fits well into Henderson’s comprehensive plan of growing and developing this community,” Bradford told the news outlet.
